Right after winning their first league title since 2002, Sporting have a big game to go to as they make the short trip to the Estadio da Luz to face Benfica. Sporting have 82 points while third placed Benfica have so far managed 70 points. This match means a lot to Benfica, who are on a quest to finish second and get the automatic Champions League slot. They are at the moment four points below second placed FC Porto.
