All is not well at Wolfsburg; the team that started the season so strongly is struggling even to score and an away game against Bayern Munich next doesn’t hold much promise for them. Bayern Munich are top of the Bundesliga table with 40 points, 20 ahead of their visitors who are placed 11th. The champions peeled away from the chasing pack with a 5-0 away win at Stuttgart on Tuesday and are now nine points clear though second placed Borussia Dortmund play on Wednesday. That was the sixth straight win for Bayern and fourth time they’d scored two or more goals.
