Bayern Munich sit 19 points clear at the top of the Bundesliga so they can give full attention to the Champions League. They take on Besiktas in the first leg of this last sixteen tie and it's hard to see anything but a convincing win for Bayern. They finished second in their group but that was behind PSG and the Germans did the big-spending French side 3-1 at home. Bayern won all three of their home group matches and put three goals past their opponents in each match. They have just one loss in their last 20 home Champions League games and that was to Real Madrid. In the Bundesliga this seson they have won ten and draw one at home and only once failed to score twice in a game. Besiktas won Group G by four points but that old adage of win the group and get an easier draw hasn't quite worked out for them. They finished ahead of Porto in that group but last week that form was shown to be fairly average after the Portuguese side lost 5-0 at home to Liverpool. They did win all three of their away group games but only won one out of three at home. This looks booked for Munich to win, back them to be ahead at both half and full time.
