Barcelona looked home and hosed after the first leg of their Champions League quarter final against Roma but a shock 3-0 defeat on Tuesday saw them knocked out but that's cup competitons fr you. They are stil 11 points clear at the top of La Liga  and face third-placed Valencia at home looking to get back into winning ways. Valencia may be third but they are 14 points behind the league leaders but hoping to get above Atletico Madrid to finish second which would be their best performance since winning La Liga in 2004.

The league leaders are still unbeaten in La Liga this season and have gone 32 home league games without defeat last losing in 2016. The last four home league games have been won and it'll be interesting to see how they react after that loss in Italy. Valencia have won eight of their away league games this season and are unbeaten in their last nine matches since a 2-0 home loss to Barcelona in the Copa del Rey  They have won eight of their last nine games in La Liga and three of their last four on the road but have lost twice this year including a defeat at Las Palmas who are one from bottom in the table. An interesting game with both sides having something to fight for, go for over 2.5 goals in the match.
