Defending La Liga champions Barcelona are fourth in the table and only two points behind the league leaders Real Madrid. With the top two playing each other this weekend, a win for Barcelona over Sevilla will see them continue their rise up the table. Barcelona had a big home win over Inter Milan in the Champions League in midweek. That was their third straight win after a run of only one win in four. They have scored twice in each of their last three matches. Home form in La Liga has seen them win their ten league games with only Valencia coming away from Barcelona with a point in the last 15.

Sevilla struggled past APOEL Nicosia 1-0 in the Europa League on Thursday evening. They start this weekend in sixth place but level on points with Barcelona. Sevilla won three and drew one of their first four league games this season. Since then though they lost to both Real Madrid and Eibar before beating Real Sociedad at home last weekend.  Their last seven league visits to Barcelona have all ended in defeat. The tip here is for Barcelona to continue their return to form with a home win over Sevilla.
