Now they take on Alaves in the final of the Copa del Rey and are long odds-on shots to win. The season began with Alaves shocking Barcelona with a win at the Nou Camp but when they met again in February of this year, Barca destroyed them 6-0 away. They have won seven of their last eight games and their last seven with 25 goals scored. Alaves finished a creditable ninth this season, though they conceded more goals than they scored. They had a good end to the season with a run of seven games unbeaten but it wasn't the hardest of run-ins. Their last two games against Real Madrid and Barcelona have seen them lose by an aggregate of 9-0. Barcelona won't want to go a season without a trophy so go for them to put on a show and beat Alaves on a -2 handicap.
