AZ host West Ham United in the second leg of their Europa Conference League semi-final. The Dutch side trail 2-1 from the first leg played in London last week. The winners will take on either Basel or Fiorentina in the final with the Swiss club 2-1 up after the away leg. AZ took the lead in the first leg of this semi-final. However, they could not hold onto their lead and eventually returned home the losers. It's a slender lead though and with their excellent home form they still have a good chance of progressing. The 50-year-old manager made just two changes from the side that started the match in the first leg against West Ham.
