It's the final game of the season sadly for Atletico Madrid after their Champions League semi-final defeat by Real Madrid. They are confirmed to finish third in La Liga and that gets them into the group stages of the Champions League next season. There's not much for them to play for in this game and last week they could only draw at Real Betis. It's the visitors who have everything to play for here with Europa League football at stake. They come into this final game in sixth place which is enough to get them into the qualifying rounds of the Europa League. Bilbao are only a point behind fifth placed Villarreal who travel to Valencia and if they can win here and finish fifth then that gets them into the group stages of the Europa League. Trouble is though, Bilbao have the same number of points as seventh placed Real Sociedad who travel to out of form Celta Vigo so unless Bilbao match the Sociedad result, then they won't be in the Europa League at all. Current form for Bilbao isn't great with just a point from their last two games and they have lost ten away league games this season. A hard game to predict and low stakes are recommended.  Atletico haven't anything to play for but won't want to end the season on a home loss. Bilbao aren't in good form so go for a home win.
