Aston Villa have suffered three straight losses and will be hoping for some reprieve when they host high flying West Ham United on Sunday. West Ham United are fourth in the league standings with 17 points going to this game while Villa are 13th with 10 points. Villa are coming from a 3-1 loss to Arsenal, their third straight defeat and have managed just one win in the last five matches. In the last three matches, they’ve conceded at least two goals in each and have just one clean sheet to show. In their last five league matches, West Ham have three wins, the last two have served back to back clean sheets and they’ve scored in all five. They go into this game unbeaten in seven straight away league matches, with five wins in there. Head to head, they have no loss to Aston Villa in the last six meetings, winning three.
