The top two teams in the Women's Super League meet on Sunday. Arsenal are in second place and host league leaders Chelsea who are three points ahead of them. Chelsea have a far superior goal difference (nine more than Arsenal's) so they are likely to stay top even if being beaten. Arsenal won't want to lose this fixture as going six points behind Chelsea would be an absolute disaster for their title hopes. They are in good form though with their last eight league and cup games all being won. 23 goals have been scored in those eight victories but six of those games saw both teams get on the scoresheet. Home league form this season began with a loss to Liverpool. Since that defeat, Arsenal have won three home league games in a row, both teams scoring in two of them.

Chelsea will see this a golden chance to open up a big gap at the top of the Women's Super League. They are the only unbeaten side in the league this season with seven wins out of eight games. Only the away game against Manchester City hasn't been won. Chelsea have won their last six league fixtures since that away draw. 25 goals have been scored in those six wins, including putting five past their opponents in the last two. This is only their fourth away league game of the season with two wins and a draw so far. Their last four league and cup games have all seen both teams score and a bet on that stat coming up this weekend looks a potentially winning one.
