In their last match, Nantes managed to overcome AC Ajaccio 0-2 away from home, which was their third win in their last six matches in all competitions, along with two draws and one loss. That win marked Nantes' sixth consecutive away match without conceding. The visitors overcame Thaon on penalties in the last round and Vire before that and will want to keep their recent good form on the round going with a win in this one.
