Tunisia have three wins in their last five matches, same to Algeria but the difference is that Tunisia have lost twice in the run while Algeria have a draw and a loss. Algeria have five wins in their last 10 matches at home; they have shed a bit of the commanding presence they used to enjoy at home in previous years and it will be interesting to see how they approach this clash. In four straight friendly matches, Algeria have picked four losses but they have won five of the last six at home and in each of the last five at home, they have managed to score two or more goals. Tunisia on the other hand, have scored at least two goals in each of their last eight matches, winning four. They have however failed to win any of their last six away friendly matches and with just one win in 10 away friendly matches, this doesn’t look too promising for them. The two North African nations have met four times and twice Tunisia have picked wins, while Algeria have one win. Only one of the four games, the most recent, yielded over 2.5 goals.
