A poor run of form has seen Alaves drop down to eighth place in La Liga. That's one position below the final Europa League qualifying place but they only trail Athletic Bilbao by a point. With Bilbao away at Real Madrid this weekend and the sides in fourth and fifth, there's a chance for Alaves to close the gap and perhaps get back in the top seven. Current form isn't great though with just one point from their last four league games. Their last win was against bottom-of-the-table Huesca in mid-March. Looking back a bit further, they only have two wins from their last nine league games, the other win also being Villarreal who are also in relegation trouble. At home, Alaves have only won one of their last six league games and that was against 16th placed Levante.

Real Valladolid are in relegation trouble with only two teams below them and a point from safety. They have only scored 26 league goals this season, the worst record in La Liga. Current form has seen them fail to win any of their last four league games with two draws and a couple of defeats. On their travels, Valladolid have just a win at Eibar in their last eight La Liga matches. Theyve only scored 12 away league goals (again the worst record) but only conceded 21. A bet on under 2.5 goals being scored is the tip for this game.
