The two sides occupy the top two positions after two rounds, with Milan having picked two wins in two and Betis on a win and draw and with a three – point gap on third placed Olympiakos. Milan are coming from a disappointing loss in the Milan derby and really hope they can get back on track with this game; they have not struggled in Europe as has been domestically so here they can go with their heads high. As for Betis, who have lost the last two games coming to this one, will also be keen not to slip up, as that will allow Olympiakos back in the picture.
