Aberdeen are third in the table, ten points behind leaders Celtic with just four games to go. They could yet grab runners-up spot as Aberdeen are only behind Rangers on goal difference but have to look over their shoulders. Aberdeen are only three points ahead of fourth-placed Hibs and they need a top three finish to qualify for the Europa League. Their last game was a welcome 2-0 win at Kilmarnock and that followed two straight league defeats away at Hearts. Aberdeen's last four league games have all been played away from home and now they have three in a row at home before a final day trip to Celtic. Home form has seen Aberdeen lose just one of their last eight and that was to Celtic. They have played Hearts three times this season with two draws and an away defeat but are yet to score a goal against them so one or two must surely be due.
Hearts are sixth in the table 19 points behind their opponents and with little to play for in the rest of the season as they trail fifth placed Kilmarnock by nine points. They have terrible away form with just two points from their last six and one win in the last ten. Hearts lost at Rangers 2-1 last weekend and another away defeat is the suggested bet here as their season gradually winds down.
