Young Boys have had a disastrous start to the season and will be targeting their first win here. They’ve lost all three opening matches and start this encounter six points behind their visitors. If their opening two games were bad, the most recent was disastrous, as they were thrashed 4-0 at St. Gallen.

The champions failed to score for the first time this season, as they also suffered their heaviest defeat in six years. Once seemingly impregnable at home, Young Boys have three losses in their last eight home league matches. In two of their last three meetings with Zurich, Young Boys lost.

Zurich are balancing their fixtures well in domestic action and in Europe. Even with the added matches, they’ve had a good start this season. They’ve just booked their place in the 3rd qualifying round of the Conference League.

The visitors will go into this game seeking a third straight win in the league, to take them joint top.
