Yannick Hanfmann vs Andy Murray Prediction & Betting Tips - ATP Geneva Open

Andy Murray continues his comeback from injury with a match against Yannick Hanfmann in the Geneva Open first round. For the winner, there's a second round match against the top seed Novak Djokovic. Murray was injured during the Miami Masters and made his return in last week's clay court Challenger Tour event played in Bordeaux. He won his first round match but was then beaten by Gregoire Barrere in the last 16. He' 74th in the live rankings and his aim is to get more match practice before what will be his final time at Roland Garros. Considering the draw he has, playing more than two matches in Geneva looks unlikely. Murray is playing with a new set of racquets now for the final months of his illustrious career. He won his only previous match against Hanfmann but this is their first match on clay.

Yannick Hanfmann was ranked 59th in the ranking list published earlier this month. He's down to 84th in the live rankings because he's due to lose the points earned when reaching the last eight in last year's Italian Open. The German didn't do so well this year, losing to Alejandro Tabilo in the second round. Hanfmann then entered the Turin Challenger Tour event and lost in his second match to J J Wolf. Earlier this  year he played on the South American clay court tour and got to the last eight in Cordoba. He's made little impact in Europe though. This is a difficult match to predict but Hanfmann has been playing more of late and can get the win.
