There’s intriguing Championship action at the Hawthorns on Saturday as West Brom face Norwich City. Can the Baggies finally find some goals at home against the struggling Canaries? It has been nearly two months since the Albion fans witnessed a home goal. Will our prediction of this match offer them hope of seeing one on Saturday?

Despite struggling at home, West Brom have lost just once at the Hawthorns, winning two and drawing four games, all of those by a 0-0 scoreline. In fact all seven games have either finished 0-0 or 1-0. Giving the intriguing stat that WBA have scored seven times as many goals on the road this season (14) than they have at home (2). 

They lie fifth in the table after drawing 0-0 at home to Burnley and then beating Hull City 2-1 in their final game before the international break. 

After a run of one defeat in eleven Championship games, Norwich City have hit the skids, losing all their next three fixtures. A 2-1 away defeat to a resurgent Cardiff was followed by a 2-0 loss to Sheffield Wednesday and then most disappointingly, a 2-0 loss at home to Bristol City in their last game.

That makes it six games without a win for the Canaries, which has left them in 14th place in the table.
