Villareal will face a big test this weekend in La Liga when they play host to Real Sociedad on Saturday evening. The hosts are currently in 12th place in the league standings, while the visitors are sixth. Domestically, though Sociedad has won only one of their last four away games (W1 D2 L1), and need all three points here to keep the pressure on the sides above them. The visitors lost 2-0 here last season but are fancied at the books in this one.
