Valladolid vs Getafe Prediction & Betting Tips - LaLiga

Real Valladolid are 18th in La Liga and in danger of losing their place in La Liga. They host 14th placed Getafe who are only two points above them. 18th place puts Valladolid in the relegation zone and in danger of dropping to LaLiga2. All hope is not lost though and a win in this game will take them above their opponents and to safety. Almeria and Celta Vigo are also in the relegation mix and both are only a point ahead of Valladolid.  They will certainly be hoping that champions Barcelona can beat Celta Vigo. Valladolid did beat Barca 3-1 at home two matches ago but hopefully they'll put in a stronger performance this week. Valladolid drew their last game 0-0 at fellow relegation strugglers Almeria. Four points from two games was needed after a run of five straight defeats. A win would have been handy though as that would have taken them out of the drop zone.

Getafe are two points above the drop zone and a win will  definitely keep them in La Liga. Their hopes of avoiding relegation have been boosted with a win at Real Betis followed by a home victory over Osasuna. They did well to get a vital win over Osasuna after falling behind early on. It took a 90th minute goal to get three very important points. Away form this season has produced only three league wins and ten losses. The Deep Blue Ones lost four in a row before beating Betis. The last three played by the Azulones have all seen under 2.5 goals scored in them. A tense game is likely here and that stat may again come up.
