Tromso’s quest for the Norwegian Eliteserien title has taken a massive hit in recent weeks, and they’ll look to stabilize when hosting Brann. These two sides are tied at 33 points, with Brann in third place and Tromso in fourth. Below is our prediction of the match.
Tromso have managed just two points from a possible nine in the last three league games. Heading into week 18, they are in search of win number 11, which has been elusive since late July.
They had to come from behind to claim a point in a 1-1 draw with Bodo/Glimt last time out. Things haven’t been stable for the team since their five-game winning run was stopped by Rosenborg in a 4-1 thumping.
Brann are coming from a defeat in the Europa League qualifiers, but they advanced on aggregate. They suffered a 1-0 home loss to Hacken, a team they had beaten 2-0 in the first leg away from home.
