In a jam-packed weekend of Ligue 1 action, we will see sixth placed Lille take on Toulouse (who are 11th) at the Stadium de Toulouse on Saturday evening. The visitors will be looking to keep their hopes of qualifying for European competition alivee with another win. Lille trail the Europa Conference League positiion by just one point going into this weekend and three clear of Nice in seventh. The visitors played out an entertaining 3-3 draw in their last match against Lyon, which was their second draw in their last six matches, along with three wins and a loss, though they are unbeaten in their last three matches, winning one and drawing two. Their away record this season could do with improving in the final stretch of the season with a record of five wins, three draws, and five losses in 13 matches on the road. Lille won the reverse fixture 2-1 earlier this season and will be confident that they can complete the double over Toulouse in this match. 

Toulouse managed to bring an end to a three-match losing run in their last match, which they won 2-1 against Angers. With that win, Toulouse moved into 11th place in the league, with 35 points in 27 matches, eleven points off the top six. That win was just their second in their last six league matches, along with four losses. At home, Toulouse has a decent record of six wins, four draws, and four losses in 14 league matches; however, they have failed to win their last two matches at home against Clermont and Marseille. They also have hopes of European football next season. Toulouse are in the semi-finals of the French Cup and in with a good chance of making it into the final after being drawn against Ligue 2 side Annecy.
