Sydney FC will square off with Perth Glory at Allianz Stadium on matchday 11 of the A-League. Sydney FC is currently eighth in the league standings and is four places ahead of Perth Glory located in the bottom two. Here's our match prediction. 

Sydney FC denied Newcastle Jets a famous win on Saturday as they overturned a two-goal deficit to score a well-deserved point in a dramatic 2-2 draw thanks to late goals from Joe Lolley and Anthony Caceres.

The Sky Blues are unbeaten in their three league games, recording two draws and one win. At first glance, that's a good run, but accumulating five points from a possible 15 in their last five matches paints a different picture. 

Home form has seen them pick up six points from two wins and two losses. Their most recent match ended in a 3-0 victory over Melbourne Victory.

At this point, Perth Glory can also be considered the whipping boys in the A-League, recording their eighth loss in the season following a dramatic 3-2 home defeat against Western United. A change of scenery would do the world of good for David Zdrilic's men, considering they have not won a home game since February 2024.

On the road, the Glory have managed four points from their measly five this season. However, a recent 1-0 against Brisbane Roar should instill some confidence for a favorable outcome.
