by Ian John in Football Predictions
Resurgent Swindon Town host League Two leaders Bradford City at The County Ground on Saturday, putting their lengthy unbeaten home record on the line against the Bantams. The Robins are unbeaten in their last dozen games at home, scoring 25 goals over that run. What will our prediction be for this very difficult-to-forecast match?
Ian Holloway has done a fantastic job at Swindon since being appointed manager. He has made The County Ground a fortress, and on the back of that excellent home form, they have climbed the League Two table, moving up to 14th after 41 games and amassing 54 points. Bradford City sit at the top of the table on goal difference from Port Vale, with both teams having 73 points from 41 games, one point ahead of long-time leaders Walsall in third.
With just two defeats in their last 16 League Two games, Swindon are one of the form teams in the division at present. They come into this game on the back of two wins in a row, a 2-1 win over AFC Wimbledon at home and then an impressive 4-0 away win over Fleetwood Town last weekend.
Bradford City’s ascent to the summit of League Two has been based on their excellent home form, which has seen them win 16 of 21 games played at home. Away from home, they have been far more susceptible, most recently losing 2-0 away to Port Vale before they bounced back at the weekend to beat Crewe Alexandra 2-0 at home.

Our Swindon Town vs Bradford City FC Prediction
Our prediction for the Swindon Town vs. Bradford City League Two match is: A Draw.
Ian Holloway has done a fantastic job since taking over at Swindon and made them a formidable force at home. Bradford may be top of the table, but their away form has been patchy all season long. It is hard to see Swindon losing this one at home, but it is also equally difficult to see Bradford not pick something up from this trip south. In such circumstances, the draw is always arguably the best option to back.
