Swansea vs Stoke Prediction & Betting Tips - Championship

Swansea City host Stoke City in a game between 15th and 18th in the Championship table, but so close are things in that bottom half of the table, both teams will have real relegation concerns should they slip to a defeat here. Swansea's home form has seen them lose three of their last five on their home patch and they have won just one of their last six games in the Championship, failing to score in three of those games. Aside from a run of four wins from September and into October, consistency has been a real problem for the Welsh side and that inability to string results together has played a key role in them being embroiled in a huge battle to avoid the drop into League One. 

Their opponents Stoke City were in one of those relegation spots from the Championship just a few weeks ago, but Steven Schumacher has guided his team to a win and two draws in their last three games, plus two consecutive away wins, which has pushed them out of the drop zone and into 18th in the table. City are now four points outside the relegation spots but they will know that with the teams below them picking up points, they could easily get dragged back into the battle beneath them in the table. With just one defeat in their last five, they will be confident of picking up something from this game.
