The final match on Saturday in the PSL will see Supersport United playing host to Chippa United. The hosts are currently in fifth place in the league standings, while the visitors are tenth. Supersport United made a very promising start to the 2023-24 league season and were in the top three for the majority of the first half of the campaign. However, since returning from the international break for AFCON at the start of the year, things have not gone as planned for them. Notably, the Chilli Boys also kept clean sheets in all three of those matches while scoring two goals in each. However, in league matches away from home this season, Chippa have recorded just two wins, three draws, and five losses and are seeking to reverse a five-match away winless streak, having secured only one draw and suffered four losses during this period. Their last away win was in November 2023 against Cape Town City. The visitors had drawn six in a row against this opponent before securing a 1-0 win in the reverse fixture back in September last year.
