Rivers United have a chance to rise into the top half of the Nigerian Premier Football League standings when they host Doma United. The two sides are eight points apart, Doma United in third on 32 points and Rivers United are 12th with 34 points. The hosts are looking to rise from a 1-0 away loss at Shooting Stars in their last game. Playing away from home hasn’t returned much points for Rivers.
