16th placed Lorient bid to make it three Ligue 1 victories in a row. They travel to Strasbourg who are tenth in the table but in poor form. Lorient only have two clubs below them in the table but are only in the bottom three on goal diffeence. A win here will take them to within three points of their opponents. Lorient have seen their survival chances improve in recent weeks. They come into this game having won at Metz (who are now 17th) and most recently a home victory over Reims. The win at Metz is their only away league win of the season but they have avoided defeat in two of their last four. Strasbourg have only won six of their 21 league matches this season. At home, they have won four out of ten in Ligue 1 with three losses.
