Preston North End will hope to keep their top-six ambitions alive when they host Huddersfield Town in their next Championship game. Coming into this game, Preston are seven points below the top six while Huddersfield are a point above the relegation zone. By their league standings, this is a key game for both sides. Having a game in hand, Preston should feel this is an opportunity to close the gap on the top-six. At least four sides outside the top six have a good chance of finishing in the playoff positions.
