Pedro Cachin is the top seed at the Challenger in Portugal will meet unseeded Moreno de Alboran in the competition's quarter-finals. A debutant at this Challenger edition, Pedro Cachin has dropped just one set in his two matches. To reach this stage, he beat Hugo Dellien by straight sets. He has spent the majority of his season in the Challenger Circuit and should be right at home here. The winner of this match will advance to the semifinals to play either fourth-seed Radu Albot or seventh-seed Facundo Diaz Acosta.
