Norwich City will again be in the Championship next season but the visitors won't. The home side are 14th in the Championship, while Cardiff City are rock bottom and already relegated. Can the Canaries win their final game of the season? Read our match prediction below.

It's been an inconsistent season for Norwich with 13 wins, 15 draws and 17 defeats. While they have scored 67 league goals this season, just one less has been conceded. The highest they can finish in the table is 12th.

The Canaries have only earned two points from their last six league games. They have won nine at home but lost their most recent game at Carrow Road 5-3 to Portsmouth.

It's been a miserable season for Cardiff City. The Bluebirds have only won nine league games and with 44 points have been relegated with a game to spare. Away form has been a major problem with just two league victories this season and 42 goals conceded.
