In a match likely to further disrupt the Serie A title race, Napoli will be hosting Fiorentina in Naples this Sunday. A recent poor run has Napoli second while Fiorentina are seventh ahead of the match. We have a prediction for this match below. 

Napoli will go into this game desperate for a return to winning ways. A winless run of five matches has left the hosts trailing league leaders Inter Milan by a point. 

In their last match, Napoli did well to net late for a 1-1 draw at home to Inter Milan. From a possible 15 points in the last five matches, Gli Azzurri have collected just four.

While Napoli have one defeat in the last five matches, Fiorentina come into this game with one win in five. The other four matches all ended in defeat.

La Viola’s latest outing was in the Conference League last 16, where they suffered a 3-2 defeat away to Panathinaikos. Four wins in their last seven league matches, however, should build the needed confidence at Raffaele Palladino’s side.

Lately things haven't gone to plan for Fiorentina away from home, the team losing three times in the last four matches. Having failed to win in this fixture in the last three meetings further complicates it for Fiorentina.
