Nantes start life in Ligue 2 with a home match against Red Star this Saturday. While Red Star fell in the promotion playoff last season, Nantes were automatically relegated from Ligue 1. This will be the first time these sides meet since 1974, and with their recent low-scoring stats, our prediction backs under three goals.
Nantes are looking to extend their unbeaten run against Red Star to nine games. The last time they faced off about five decades ago, it ended 0-0.
