Sixth placed Millwall host Huddersfield Town who are 23rd in the Championship. The home side are in the final promotion play-off position and four points clear of seventh placed Norwich City. Millwall are ten points behind the final automatic promotion spot, so the play-offs look their only way to get promoted back to the Premier League. The Londoners have won their last two league games with victories over Reading and Swansea. Those two wins were preceded by a 3-2 home loss to Norwich which is their only loss in the last seven Championship fixtures. Millwall have won ten of their 18 home league games this season but only won one of the last three but that includes a 1-1 draw with runaway leaders Burnley.

Huddersfield Town come into this game six points from safety. It's virtually seven because of their vastly inferior goal difference. They only have Wigan Athletic below them and relegation to League One is looking very likely for the former Premier League side. Huddersfield have gone five league games without a win with only one victory (at home to Huddersfield) in their last 13. They have drawn two of their last three fixtures but it's wins they need to escape the bottom three. Away form is dismal at present with only two points from the last seven on the road. Their last four away league fixtures have all been lost and a fifth straight loss looks on the cards here.
