The second semi-final first-leg clash in the Finals series of the A-League will see Melbourne Victory taking on Auckland FC at AAMI Park on Saturday. The winner of this tie between the Big V and the Black Knights will face either Western United or Melbourne City in the Grand Final. Let’s get into the match prediction.
Melbourne Victory are back in the semi-final for a second consecutive year and will be hoping to go one better, having lost to Central Coast Mariners in the final last season.
Victory enter this match off the back of a 2-1 win against Western Sydney Wanderers in the Elimination-finals, thanks to goals in each half by Kasey Bos and Zinedine Machach.
