Le Havre takes on Montpellier in a Ligue 1 clash on Easter Sunday (kick off 1pm) in a match that Le Havre fans will be pleased is at home. Luka Elsner's team have been much better at the Stade Oceane than on the road this season, having the 11th best home record in Ligue One, compared with the worst away record in the division. Even so, they have won three of their last five at home, losing the other two and with three defeats and two draws in their last five away games, they have been struggling somewhat of late. In fact over the last six games, they have the worst record in Ligue 1 of all 18 teams. Currently, Le Havre are just two points clear of the relegation playoff spot and four ahead of Metz in the relegation spot, so it is imperative that the team starts to pick up results, especially at home.

Montpellier have the same Won, Draw and Loss record as Le Havre, but due to their 1-point penalty deduction, they sit one place below their opponents in the table. One positive for Michel Der Zakarian's team is that their recent league form has been better than their opponents, but they have suffered three defeats in the last six games (winning two, drawing the other) and a couple of those defeats have been heavy, including a 4-1 defeat away to Marseille and a 6-2 home loss to Paris St Germain in their final game ahead of the international break. However, they also beat Metz 3-0 and defeated Nice 2-1 on the road at the start of March, as well as earning a 2-2 home draw with Strasbourg.
