Krzysztof Ratajski and Alexis Toylo will face off in the final match on Day 8 at the 2026 PDC World Darts Championship. The winner of this match between the Polish Eagle and Cool Cat will meet either Ryan Joyce or Owen Bates in the second round. Let’s get into the match prediction.
Considered the best Polish darts player of all time, Krzysztof Ratajski is making his ninth consecutive appearance at the Ally Pally. His best performance was reaching the quarter-final in 2021.
This year has been a challenging one for the Polish Eagle, but he managed to claim his eighth Players Championship title in May by defeating Dave Chisnall, which stands as his highlight of 2025.
Ratajski got to the last 16 of the PC finals last month and has a record of five wins and five losses in his last 10 matches.
Meanwhile, Alexis Toylo qualified for the World Championships through his position on the PDC Tour Order of Merit. This is his second appearance at the Ally Pally - he beat Richard Veenstra in the first round on debut last year.
Cool Cat has won a handful of titles on the Asian Tour this year. He also made history at the Grand Slam of Darts by becoming the first Asian player to win a match at the competition by beating Stephen Bunting.
Toylo’s only previous match against Ratajski came at this event in the second round last year, which he lost 3-1.
