The visitors have managed 25 points in 16 games and are trailing fourth-placed Trabzonspor by just a single point as things stand. The Black Sea Sparrowhawks claimed a resounding 5-1 win over Pendikspor in midweek, which extended their unbeaten run in all competitions to six matches, including four wins and two draws. Over the last four matches, they have scored 13 goals while only letting in four. However, despite their good work, Rizespor’s away form has been poor as they have failed to win any of their last five on the road, losing three and drawing two.
