Juventus lost at this stage of the Champions League last season. The Old Lady is in serious danger of that happening again this term after that heavy defeat in the first leg. They are unbeaten in their four home ECL games played this season with three victories.
Juventus have to keep it tight at the back.
Juve have scored at least twice in all but one of their home Champions League games this season. Defensively though, they have conceded five goals, four coming in their 4-4 draw with Borussia Dortmund. They certainly can't afford a defensive display like that on Wednesday.
The weekend saw Galatasaray lose 2-0 at Konyaspor. That ended a run of five straight victories for the Lions. Three of their four away games in this season's ECL have ended in defeat and they have failed to score in the last two at Monaco and Manchester City.
Only one of their last 12 away games in European competition has been won. They have only had more than two goals scored against them in two of their last nine away European fixtures, just once this season at Frankfurt.

Juventus face a tough task to reach the last 16 of this season's Champions League. They aren't quite in as bad a situation as Qarabag who have a five-goal deficit to make up in their tie against Newcastle.
They begin this second leg three goals down and don't even have the away goals rule to help them. How do they approach the match? Going all out for goals (at least in the first half) is so risky. Leaving gaps at the back could well see Galatasaray get on the scoresheet.
The home side may be able to include Bremer who went off with an injury in the first leg. Pierre Kalulu is available again after suspension but there are other doubts about defensive players for this second leg.
David to play?
Will Jonathan David be risked for this game? He didn't play in the first leg and only made a brief appearance in their home loss at the weekend. He could well start on the subs bench and be brought on for a grandstand finish after the break.
Mauro Icardi played for Galatasaray in their weekend defeat. It's likely he won't start this game with Victor Osimhen being in the starting line-up. He's already scored six times for the Lions in this season's Champions League, two behind the club record.
Mario Lemina returns from suspension so is available to face his former club. Scoring a goal in Italy is going to be so vital for the Turkish side. That would put even more pressure on the home side.
