Quarter-final three in the 2025 Indian Super Cup will see Inter Kashi take on Mumbai City on Sunday afternoon. The winner of this match between the Warriors of Kashi and the Islanders will face either NorthEast United or Jamshedpur in the semi-finals. Let’s get into the match prediction. 

While the round of 16 in the Super Cup largely delivered predictable results with the favourites in most matches making it through to the last eight, Inter Kashi were the exception. 

The Warriors of Kashi pulled off a major upset by knocking out ISL Cup finalists Bengaluru FC in midweek on penalties after Matija Babovic scored in the 87th minute to level proceedings. 

The I-League outfit will now enter this match brimming with confidence and riding a six-match unbeaten streak (W4 D2 L0), while having only lost one of their last 10 in all competitions. 

Meanwhile, Mumbai City delivered a commanding performance in their opening match of the competition, dispatching Chennaiyin with relative ease, 4-0 on Wednesday evening. 

Nikolaos Karelis and Bipin Singh scored either side of a brace from Lallianzuala Chhangte, keeping the side on course to reach a second consecutive semi-final in this competition. 

However, the Islanders will need to be cautious here, as they were beaten convincingly in the ISL Cup by Bengaluru, who were just ejected from this tournament by their upcoming opponent.
