Norwich could take advantage of Hull City’s poor recent form as the teams meet on Saturday in a matchday 33 meeting of the EFL Championship. This match at the MKM Stadium between the 22nd-placed Tigers and the 11th-placed Canaries comes with our prediction of an away win.
Hull’s 29 points put them in the bottom three, although only on goal difference from Derby, who played a game more. Norwich have 43 points and are four behind the playoff spots. Hull lost 2-0 at Burnley on Wednesday, which was their third defeat in the last four matches. The Tigers still have a great chance to get out of the relegation zone but need to get their act together.
Their challenge is to improve form at this venue, having lost their last three home matches. In addition, seven defeats from the last ten home matches put them in a tight spot.
Norwich lost 1-0 at home to Preston on Tuesday, a result that ended a run of two wins and a draw. The Canaries are looking at the playoff spots outside in but can still make a move up the table.
That would need them to build on the 1-0 win at Watford in their last away matchday. Thankfully, Norwich won the last four league games against Hull, including a 4-0 result this season.

Our Hull vs Norwich Prediction
Norwich’s push to remain in contention for playoff spots hit a bumpy road when they lost 1-0 at home to Preston on Tuesday. Thankfully for them, they still have a golden chance to remain in the race but need positive results quickly. One challenge is to improve their away form, but playing Hull may not be a bad thing in this context. The Tigers have been struggling overall and also at their home venue, opening the door for the visitors. Our Hull vs Norwich prediction is Norwich wins the match.
