Matchday two in the CAF Champions League will see Nouadhibou taking on Pyramids in Nouakchott on Saturday afternoon. The hosts are at the bottom of Group A after the first round of matches, while the visitors are in second place. After a dominant performance last season, when they won the Super D1 title by 19 points, Nouadhibou have not found top gear as yet this term. They suffered a 3-0 loss to PSL champions Mamelodi Sundowns over the weekend and will need major improvement if they are to challenge for a top-two spot in this competition.
