Bruges are second in the Championship group but Anderlecht clinched the title in midweek. Bruges lost away to Westerloo and that puts their Champions League place in jeopardy. They are a point clear of Gent and have to avoid defeat here in order to play in the Champions League next season. Mind you, they have lost their last eight games in that competition in the past two seasons, so it's not something to spend the summer looking forward to is it?  Gent are third in the Championship group and a point behind their opponents so this is virtually a cup final for them. Win it or play in the Europa League next season. Midweek saw them beat Warragem 5-2 at home but that is their only win in their last four games. A better run of form would probably have seen them qualified by now. A difficult game to predict but a bet on  both teams to score looks one that will be successful..
