Anadolu Efes will host Panathinaikos for Game Four of the two teams’ EuroLeague quarter-final playoff tie on Friday. Panathinaikos lead the series 2-1 and will advance to the Final Four with a win. Read on for our prediction of this match.

Anadolu Efes surprisingly took Game Two in Greece and had the momentum when the series switched to Turkey for Games Three and Four. Luca Bancgi’s men were, however, unable to take the lead in the series and were outscored 81-77 in Game Three.

Now they have to win this next match to avoid being eliminated. The two-time European champions have struggled with turnovers and so far have lost possession 41 times in these playoffs.

Only one other team has turned over the ball more. Shane Larkin is averaging 18 points in the postseason and had 17 in Game Three.

Panathinaikos took back control of this series and will be keen to close out their hosts in Game Four. Ergin Ataman’s men, who are seeking to defend their European crown, dominated Efes on the glass in Game Three.

The Greens grabbed 35 boards, with 15 being offensive. Dinos Mitoglou grabbed six rebounds while Kendrick Nunn and Juancho Hernangomez managed five each. Nunn and Mitoglou were in sublime form and poured in 25 and 18 points, respectively.
