Coventry City plays host to Millwall at the Coventry Building Society Arena in the 24th round of the Championship. Coventry City are 15th in the league standings, while Millwall are 13th. Below is our prediction for the match.

Coventry City made matters worse for the relegation-threatened Plymouth Argyle as they handed them their 12th defeat of the season in a resounding 4-0 home victory on Thursday.

For the home team, it was a much-needed win that served as consolation for their 4-1 defeat against Portsmouth beforehand. 

The Sky Blues have recorded three wins in their last five matches, including two losses. This is a significant improvement for a side that was down in the dumps failing to secure a win in any of their four matches.

Millwall is the fifth joint-best defensive team in the Championship this season, with only 20 goals conceded.  But the main issue here is their weak offense, which has led to their downfall. 

In their recent match, the visitors suffered a 2-1 away defeat against Norwich City, marking their fourth loss in five games.

The Lions have been in poor form, notching just one win in their last eight matches (D3, L4). The most interesting part is that 14 of their 15 league games have featured under 2.5 goals, indicating that this could be a low-scoring affair.
