Coventry City lost in the Championship play-off final last season but aren't in that kind of form at present. They are 19th in the table and host Huddersfield Town who are two places above them. Coventry have earned seven points this season with only one win to date. That came in their second match of the new season as they beat Middlesbrough 3-0 at home. A good win for the Sky Blues but Boro only won their first league game on September 23. Since that win Coventry drew their next four league fixtures but most recently lost 3-2 at Cardiff City. They are yet to lose at home with that win over Middlesbrough followed by draws with Sunderland and Watford. 'The Singers' would have been pleased to get a point against Watford as they trailed three times in taht game and needed an 87th minute equalizer to get a point.

Huddersfield Town are only a point ahead of their opponents. The Terriers struggled last season and so nearly found themselves relegated to League One. This new season saw them make a poor start with just one point earned from their first four league fixtures. Recent weeks have seen some improvement though with wins over West Bromwich Albion and Rotherham United getting them back on track. Their most recent league game was a 2-2 home draw with Stoke City after trailing 2-1. On the road, Huddersfield have earned four points from their three games.
