Roma have recovered from their earlier slump and will be targeting a third straight win when they visit Como. At the moment, four points separate the two sides, with Como placed 17th and Roma 12th. Read on for our prediction of this match.

Como are kept outside the relegation zone only by goal difference. They will feel disappointed at not being able to collect maximum points from Venezia and Monza in their last two matches. Both ended in draws, with the latest being 2-2 away to Venezia.

Beating these two involved in the relegation fight would have been massive for Cesc Fabregas’ side.

The last time Roma met Como was in 2003, and they lost. None in the Roma side was there then but all will be determined to go for a win here. The Claudio Ranieri magic is starting to rub in after a difficult start to his latest tenure at the club.

Ranieri has guided the team to two straight wins, and will be keen to continue with this good run. His first win in charge was against Lecce, whom they beat 4-1. Roma would then thump Sporting Braga 3-0.

Those two wins were at home and now the task is to replicate them away from home.
