The Cleveland Cavaliers will look to get back to winning ways when they take on the San Antonio Spurs on Friday’s NBA slate. The Cavs are sitting eighth in the East standings at 13-10 while the Spurs are fourth in the West at 15-6. Check out our match prediction below!

After a phenomenal campaign in the 2024-25 regular season saw them win 68 games, the Cavaliers have not been able to replicate that kind of tone for the 2025-26 campaign.

Cleveland now sit just three games above .500 following a tough run of form which saw the hosts win just once in their last five appearances. Most recently, the Cavs fell to a 122-110 home loss to the Trail Blazers. At the Rocket Mortgage Arena, the Cavaliers have won eight of their 13 contests.

The Spurs will be without their franchise player Victor Wembanyana, as well as exciting young player Stephon Castle. With that being said, San Antonio has still managed to post a 7-2 record without Wemby.

The visitors come to town boasting a two-game winning streak and seven wins from their last 10 overall after their most recent 114-112 road win over the Orlando Magic. While there is a 5.5 gap between themselves and the Thunder in first, the Spurs only trail the second-place Lakers by one game.
