Celtic host Livingston in the Scottish Cup quarterfinals on Sunday knowing that a win would move them into the semi-final draw. Brendan Rodgers team should be confident of getting the win as they match up against the team bottom of the Premiership who have just three wins to their name this season. The home side have beaten Livi twice this season, without conceding a goal and smashed seven past Dundee in their last home game. However, that is the exception rather than the rule as they scored just one against Ross County and Kilmarnock in home games prior to that big win. The manager will be hoping for a reaction from his team to last week's shock 2-0 loss at Hearts, where Yang Hyun-Jun's 16th minute sending off seemingly cost Celtic a chance to go back top of the table after Rangers also lost.

Livingston have endured a miserable season in the Premiership and sit rooted to the bottom of the table, six points adrift of Ross County in 11th and 10 behind Aberdeen in 10th. With just three wins in the league, their two Scottish Cup wins have been a welcome boost for fans. They did battle to a well-earned draw last week away to St. Johnstone, Andrew Shinnie's 37th minute strike only equalised three minutes from time by St. Johnstone's Nicky Clarke to deny the visitors the win. It has been a tough year for David Martindale and his team and it is unlikely to get any easier on the trip to Celtic Park for this cup fixture.
