Second placed Celtic host Dundee who are sixth in the Scottish Premiership. The Celts are two points behind leaders Rangers who play at Kilmarnock on the same evening. Celtic certainly can't make a slip-up in this match. They are unbeaten in their last nine league games but two of them have ended level. Those couple of draws have seen Rangers overtake Celtic and go top of the Scottish Premiership. The weekend saw Celtic win 3-1 at Motherwell but it wasn't the easiest of wins. They trailed in the match and went into the 94th minute level at 1-1. Two goals in three minutes secured a vital win for Celtic. Home form this season has seen them win nine of their 13 league games. They only drew their last home league fixture, being held to a 1-1 draw by Kilmarnock. They have played Dundee twice in the Scottish Premiership this season and won both games 3-0.

Dundee are sixth in the table but 33 points behind their opponents. They lost their most recent league game 2-1 at Hibs and that was their third defeat in the last five Scottish Premiership fixtures. Dundee had won their last two league games before last weekend's defeat but both were played on home soil. On their travels, Dundee have only won three of their 14 league games with six matches ending in defeat. Only one of the last six league fixtures have been won with the last two both being lost.
